Please review the rules and conditions governing your use of Followers Provider and its services.

By accessing or using Followers Provider, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

1. General Use of Services

  • Followers Provider services are intended only for promoting social media accounts, including Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other supported platforms, and for enhancing online appearance and visibility.
  • We do not guarantee interaction, engagement, or activity such as likes, comments, messages, or other actions from the followers you receive.
  • Some services provide high-quality accounts with profile pictures and posts. However, we do not guarantee that every delivered account will include a biography, profile image, or uploaded content.
  • Followers Provider is not affiliated with Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

2. Content Restrictions

  • You are strictly prohibited from uploading, promoting, or ordering services for nudity, illegal material, offensive content, or other prohibited content.
  • All submitted content must comply with the community standards and policies of the applicable social media platform.
  • Violations of platform policies may result in order cancellation and suspension of your Followers Provider account.

3. Order and Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most services begin within 1 to 48 hours. Certain platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and X, may require additional time.
  • If your order does not begin within 24 hours, you may contact support to request a review or speed-up.
  • Do not use multiple panels or providers for the same link at the same time. Overlapping orders may cause conflicts, delays, and inaccurate results. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
  • Do not include the “@” symbol when submitting a username or link unless the selected service specifically requires it. Incorrect submissions are not eligible for refunds or refills.
  • If you delete a post, change your username, alter the submitted link, or make your account private after placing an order, no refill or refund will be provided.
  • Followers Provider is not responsible for:
    • Drops or metric changes involving large accounts
    • Suspensions or restrictions caused by platform updates
    • Natural activity fluctuations
    • Algorithm changes outside our control

4. Start Count Policy

4.1 Definition

The Start Count is the number of followers, likes, views, comments, or other measurable metrics recorded by Followers Provider’s system when an order begins processing. Delivery, refill, partial, and completion calculations are based on this Start Count.

4.2 How Start Count Works

  • Followers Provider records the Start Count when an order enters Processing or In Progress status.
  • Small live variations may occur because of real-time activity on the applicable platform.
  • When a platform displays rounded numbers, Followers Provider may use available internal data or tools to determine a more accurate count.

4.3 Locked Start Count

  • Once recorded, the Start Count becomes the official reference for the order and generally cannot be adjusted.
  • No refill or refund is guaranteed when a problem results from a user changing a username, deleting content, editing a link, hiding content, or making an account private.
  • Multiple or overlapping orders for the same profile, post, or link may cause inaccurate delivery and void refill eligibility.

4.4 Customer Responsibility

  • Verify that the submitted link or username is correct.
  • Ensure that the profile, post, or link is public and remains accessible throughout delivery and any applicable refill period.
  • Avoid changing usernames, deleting content, hiding metrics, or modifying submitted links until the order is completed.
  • Failure to follow these requirements may void any applicable guarantee, refill, or refund.

4.5 Disputes

Followers Provider’s system records are the official reference for the Start Count and delivery. When requesting a review, provide:

  • The order ID
  • The submitted link or username
  • A screenshot taken near the time the order was placed, when available

Our team will review the request using the available order and system data.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are final. Refunds will not be returned to PayPal, credit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or other original payment methods after funds have been added.
  • Refunds for canceled, failed, or non-started orders are credited to the customer’s Followers Provider account balance.
  • Account balance is non-withdrawable and may only be used to place future orders.
  • If you submit a payment dispute or chargeback, Followers Provider reserves the right to:
    • Suspend or permanently terminate your account
    • Cancel active or future orders
    • Restrict further use of the platform
    • Take reasonable action regarding services associated with the disputed transaction
  • Partially completed orders are subject to the applicable service rules and may not qualify for additional compensation or refill.
  • Attempts to manipulate or abuse the refill system may result in the loss of refill privileges.
  • If a service does not include an active refill guarantee, no refill or refund will be provided for drops.
  • Drops may occur with any service. Followers Provider is not responsible for drops involving services that do not include a refill guarantee.
  • Refunds are not issued for customer errors such as incorrect links, private accounts, username changes, deleted content, or hidden metrics.

6. Responsibility and Limitations

  • Followers Provider is not responsible for orders submitted for:
    • Private, restricted, suspended, or banned accounts
    • Posts or pages with hidden metrics
    • Incorrect usernames
    • Broken, changed, or deleted links
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submission.
  • Orders generally cannot be changed after submission.
  • If a service is not performing as expected, do not repeatedly place additional orders for the same link. Open a support ticket for review.
  • Use of Followers Provider services is at the customer’s own risk.
  • Followers Provider cannot control platform updates, algorithm changes, drops, bans, restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.

7. Account Security and Privacy

  • Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or unauthorized accounts, may result in immediate account termination.
  • Customers are responsible for protecting their login information and restricting access to their accounts.
  • Followers Provider handles account and transaction information in accordance with its applicable privacy practices.
