The supplier marked the requested delivery as completed.

Partial

Only part of the quantity was delivered. The undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your panel balance.

Canceled

The order could not be completed and the applicable charge is returned to your panel balance.

Status delays

A status may update before or after visible delivery. Allow the service's stated timeframe before opening a ticket.

Beginner 3 min How Refills Work Check refill eligibility and understand why a request may be unavailable. Read guide

A refill replaces eligible losses that occur during the refill period stated in the service description. Not every service includes refill protection.

Before requesting a refill

  • Confirm that the service includes a refill guarantee.
  • Wait until the original order is completed.
  • Keep the profile or content public and accessible.
  • Do not change the username or remove the ordered content.
  • Avoid placing overlapping orders on the same link while the refill is being checked.
Button unavailable?

The refill button appears only for eligible services and statuses. Some refill requests are processed manually through support.

Intermediate 3 min Using Drip Feed Split a large order into smaller scheduled deliveries. Read guide

Drip Feed divides one campaign into multiple smaller runs delivered at the interval you choose.

Total quantityQuantity per run × Number of runs

Example

To deliver 1,000 followers over five runs, enter 200 as the quantity and 5 as the number of runs. Select the interval between runs based on the service options.

  • Check that the selected service supports Drip Feed.
  • Make sure each run meets the service minimum.
  • Use a public and stable link for the complete campaign.
Advanced 5 min API Integration Basics Connect a reseller panel and submit orders automatically. Read guide

The API allows an external panel or application to access supported actions such as viewing services, placing orders, checking order status, and reading the account balance.

  1. Open the API page in your FollowersProvider account.
  2. Copy the API endpoint and your private API key.
  3. Add the endpoint and key to the API provider settings of your reseller panel.
  4. Import or map services carefully before accepting customer orders.
  5. Test with a small order and confirm that status updates synchronize correctly.
Protect your API key

Never publish your key or send it in public messages. Anyone with the key may be able to use your panel balance.

Intermediate 4 min Getting Started with a Child Panel Launch a branded reseller panel connected to FollowersProvider. Read guide

A Child Panel gives you your own branded website where customers can register, add funds, and order services while your panel connects to the provider API.

What you will need

  • A domain or subdomain you control.
  • Your preferred panel name, logo, colors, and support information.
  • Enough provider balance to fulfill customer orders.
  • Your own prices and customer payment setup.

After setup, review imported services, descriptions, prices, categories, and refill information before opening the panel to customers.

Your responsibility

You manage your customers, pricing, deposits, refunds, and support. FollowersProvider supplies the services connected through the API.

Intermediate 4 min How to Start Reselling Services Create a practical reseller workflow and protect your profit margin. Read guide
  1. Choose your sales method: Place orders manually for customers or operate a Child Panel connected through API.
  2. Select reliable services: Test services before promoting them heavily.
  3. Set your pricing: Include provider cost, payment fees, support time, potential losses, and your profit.
  4. Write clear policies: Explain delivery estimates, refill rules, refunds, and customer responsibilities.
  5. Track every order: Keep the customer link, provider order ID, charge, selling price, and status organized.
Reseller tip

Do not compete only on price. Clear communication, tested services, and dependable support are what bring customers back.

Beginner 3 min What to Do After Submitting the Wrong Link Understand what can happen when an order contains an incorrect or inaccessible link. Read guide

Orders are normally sent for processing automatically, so a submitted link cannot always be changed or replaced.

  1. Do not place another order immediately unless support instructs you to do so.
  2. Open a support ticket and include the order ID.
  3. Explain what was incorrect and provide the intended link.
  4. Wait for confirmation before creating a replacement order.
Prevent link errors

Open the link in a private browser tab before ordering. Confirm that it loads, is public, and matches the exact link type requested by the service.

Intermediate 3 min Avoiding Duplicate and Overlapping Orders Learn why multiple active orders on the same link can create delivery problems. Read guide

Placing another order for the same service and link before the first one finishes can make delivery difficult to measure.

  • Wait until the original order is completed before ordering again.
  • Check the starting count and delivered quantity before submitting a new order.
  • Avoid using two providers for the same metric at the same time.
  • Do not place a new order while a refill request is being reviewed.
Best practice

Keep one active order per link and service type whenever possible. This creates a cleaner delivery record and makes support checks more accurate.

Beginner 3 min Understanding Start Time and Delivery Speed Learn why an order may not begin instantly and what affects completion time. Read guide

Start time is the estimated delay before delivery begins. Speed is the estimated amount delivered during a stated period.

What can affect delivery?

  • The selected service and current supplier demand.
  • The order quantity and service capacity.
  • Platform updates, restrictions, or temporary instability.
  • An inaccessible link, private account, or changed username.
Estimated, not guaranteed

Service times are estimates. Review the service description and allow the listed timeframe before requesting an update.

Beginner 4 min How to Read a Service Description Choose services more confidently by understanding the information shown before ordering. Read guide
Minimum and maximum

The smallest and largest quantity accepted in one order.

Start time

The estimated time before the order begins.

Speed

The estimated delivery rate after processing starts.

Refill

Whether eligible drops may be replaced and for how long.

Link format

The exact profile, post, video, channel, or page URL required.

Compare before ordering

The lowest price is not always the best match. Consider speed, refill coverage, requirements, and your customer's expectations.

Beginner 3 min Cancellations, Partials, and Balance Refunds Understand when an order can be canceled and how returned funds are handled. Read guide

Not every active order can be canceled. Cancellation availability depends on the service, supplier, and current order status.

  • Canceled: The applicable order charge is returned to your panel balance.
  • Partial: Only the undelivered quantity is returned to your panel balance.
  • Completed: A completed order normally cannot be canceled.
  • In progress: A cancellation request may be unavailable once delivery has started.
Panel balance

Order refunds are generally credited back to your FollowersProvider balance so they can be used for future orders.

Beginner 3 min How to Open an Effective Support Ticket Include the right information so the support team can investigate faster. Read guide
  1. Select the correct ticket category.
  2. Include the order ID or payment details related to the issue.
  3. Describe what happened, what you expected, and when the issue began.
  4. Add screenshots or transaction proof when relevant.
  5. Keep all updates about the same issue inside one ticket.
Clear message example

Beginner 3 min Protecting Your Account and Balance Use safer account habits and keep private access information secure. Read guide
  • Use a unique password that is not shared with another website.
  • Never share your API key, password, or payment access information.
  • Confirm that you are visiting the correct FollowersProvider domain before signing in.
  • Avoid giving panel access to customers or unknown developers.
  • Contact support if you notice unfamiliar orders or balance activity.
API key exposure

If you believe your API key has been exposed, replace it immediately where possible and update every connected panel or application.
